Over the last year I have worked closely with Angela as she has supported the Carhartt Learning team as a contracted instructional designer on multiple projects.

Angela brought much needed creativity and technical expertise to the team. Her ability to connect the dots and themes between projects and tasks was essential to the successful relationship. Her ideas and leadership continued to open up possibilities the team hadn’t considered previously.

An example of this was her work on a program titled “Work of Leaders – Origins”. This program was being designed to further disseminate our leadership language to managers and supervisors across the organization. Angela looked at how to properly leverage technology and learning best practices to design a robust experiential program. This program has a distinctively different approach compared to other programs in our library; this approach has been beneficial for the team and our associates.

In addition to her technical expertise, Angela became part of the team. Too often contractors are off to themselves with little interaction. She worked well with and around the team and brought ideas and suggestions. The team looked to her for ideas and suggestions.

During my time working with Angela she has been efficient, professional and organized. I believe Angela will be an excellent addition to the next team she supports.”
